How can I find the expiration date?

We just purchased several packets of Energizer Max batteries.

There was no expiration date on the packets' outside. When I opened them, each battery had 'PD 0213'. Does that mean that they were produced (PD, 'Production Date' in February 2013, or that that's their expiration date.

They were purchased at 'BIG' (formally Carrefour) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

I look forward to hearing from you.
