lyndaT The only negtive tthing about this unit is that they are TOO HARD TO FIND!!! Stores sell thm as quickly as they can get them. Does a GREAT job - carry mine in my pocketbook and in the motorhome for emergency power. But please don't tell anyone else or we will NEVER be able to keep buying them for friends!

My LED doesn't light up anymore and the case doesn't charge my phone. Why?
You need to be sure you are using Lithium batteries and that they are fresh.
