If you are looking for a light to use on a daily basis, this might not be the light for you.
However, considering the entry level price-point, this light meets and exceeds expectations. I have purchased 4 or 5 of these lights over the past year and have loved each and every one of them for the 2 to 3 months they worked.

i like to know why is it when i push the on button the light flickers or hesitates at times regardless of new batteries?

I can not speak for your light specifically, but I have had a number of these lights and they all seem to fail in the same manner. It would appear that there is an issue with the LED heat dissipation which causes the board to fail. If you are a little technically savy, you can dissassemble the light and heat up the questionable solder point to re-anchor the connection.
