This EnergizerPower & Play Charging System for Wii features an AC Adapter for quick charging as well as LEDs for charging status indication. This charging system also includes two rechargeable Energizer battery packs.
Is it time to replace my charger?
Is not charging controller. When I plug in the charger a amber light flashes - when I unplug it a green light flashes. How can I test the charger, I'm getting 1.6 amp reading on controller batteries.

I replaced the charger, retested old charger with new batteries.
When you plug in your charger and it flashes (once) amber then it is time to buy a new charger - check your warrantee.
