Can't get it to work

RMAlex I understand how this might be an intuitive product and therefore no manual is needed. However, it took me a few minutes to figure out the configuration of the batteries. It was nice that the batteries were included but the lantern didn't work. I even put fresh batteries in and it still didn't work. A manual for trouble shooting would helpl to know if there are other things I should check to get it to work.

How to get the lantern to work
The batteries are in the correct location and I still can't get the lantern to turn on. I have put in new batteries and it still doesn't work. What else can I do to get it to turn on?
