Charging wii remotes

I have the remotes in the charger and it is blinking red, should it be solid red until it turns green letting me know they're charged or are the blinking red lights telling me this doesn't work and I have to return another one.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for reaching out to us… Unfortunately, if the lights are flashing red, the charger has ceased proper operation. This could be due to a number of reasons though:
Depending on how long you’ve had the batteries and how long/often you use them, the batteries may be to blame.
- Our batteries are sealed (Ni-MH) Nickel-Metal Hydride rechargeable batteries. To maintain their life expectancy, stored batteries that aren’t used very often should be charged periodically (every couple of months).
- The expected life of the batteries varies depending on use, and designed for between 300 – 500 charge cycles. If the batteries are less than 2 years old and have been used less than this number of cycles, we would be happy to send you some replacements. Will the iSurge work with my iPhone 4s?

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the iSurge is compatible with the iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 and 4S – the only difference is the interchangeable/removable plates, as there are different plates for the 3G/S and 4/S, so the phone will seat properly and securely on the docking station.

Charge up to 2 controllers and your headset simultaneously in less than three hours with the Energizer Power & Play Charging System for PS3. The charge base offers a sleek and unique design that is impressive and functional. The station lets you know when its charging via the connection by appearing in red light (charging) and green (fully charged). It is powered by the included UL-approved AC power cord.

Could this product work that was bought in the states work in 200-240v countries?

Thank you for your inquiry. Please review the label on the AC adapter - if the input voltage ranges from 100-240VAC it will work fine. Please note, you may need an Adapter to connect for AC to DC depending on the plug.

Initial Set-up

I misplaced the directions for initially setting up the Wireless Charging System for the Wii. How do I format the remotes so they will work with the gaming system?
With regards to your question about syncing the Wii remote with the Wii console… here is a link to specific instructions: You will select "Wii Remote" from the topics on the left, then "How to Sync Wii Remotes…") : http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/ht_system.jsp

As a sidenote, this process is the same regardless of the battery type/charging system used.

Where is the button on the battery pack that the directions say to "push" (it's supposed to be "just above the energizer logo") to start the synch?

Thank you for your inquiry. It sounds as though you have the version where the battery is attached to the battery door, with this product, you must push the button to the top right of the Energizer logo with a pen (it is lower than battery door surface) to sync with the Wii console. I have attached an image for reference. If you continue to have issues, please contact PDP customer service at 1-800-331-3844, and reference the version number located on the bottom of the packaging (ie. PL-7581vX.X).
