I use my group 29 deep cycle Marine batteries for off the grid daily power. How can I best learn more about how to recharge this battery ?

I have a commercial battery recharger and have more than a basic idea as to how to manage group 29 batteries. i am interested in learning how to and when to best manage a recharge for that size battery. specific questionas such as how low shall i allow the charge to go ? How fast shall i charge the battery. i also run the batteries in a parrellal grouping, does one weak battery drain all the other new batteries ?
