Can this be purchased in bulk?

Hello,
My sorority is talking to people and groups about being red cross ready, in case of a major disaster. Thinking of ways to help them get prepared. So, I thought about these flashlights, because I have 2 and great when the power go out. This type of flashlight would be great for the elderly who lives by themselves and could add it to there kit. Maybe 150 and how much? If your company is not available to do this, could you recommend one? Thank you for a great product!
